Sierra crushed the copper supply line to our house when installing one of the posts. Not sure how they did not know they did that since the pipe was encased in the concrete footing of the post. When we reached out to Richard, he was quick to dismiss the issue by implying there are other ways the pipe could have been damaged and that unless water is going everywhere they wouldn’t have know if they hit a water line or a tree root. They took no responsibility by saying the contract states they aren’t liable for anything that is not marked. Save yourself the potential headache and go with another company.

Frank, Samuel, and the crew built us 260 feet of a six foot horizontal cedar board fence with a cap and two gates (a single and a double). They completed the job in three days. It is beautiful!!! This is such a professional team -- they showed up on time, worked steadily and hard for long days, and showed such professional expertise, it was stunning. The technique for building the gates so they are secure was totally cool to watch. We worked hard to be sure that we had cleared the area around the old fence. and when we encountered a few unanticipated adjustments, they responded quickly and gave us time to work out solutions that worked for everyone. When they left, the whole site was beautiful, with all leftover parts and pieces cleaned up perfectly. We were very impressed. Our immediate neighbors hired them to build their front fences and others are all planning to hire Sierra Fence to build their privacy fences as well. Frank was also professional and informative and always quick to respond to questions and offer sound advice.

The guys removed an old worn out corral board fence and replaced with a 3 rail red cedar fence. My yard is just under an acre and his team had the old one out and new one installed in 2 days. After getting all 4 quotes I felt most comfortable with Sierra Fence. Richard was the first guy to come out and spent the most time with me, answering all my questions. He had great design ideas that helped me out quite a bit. He actually took me for a ride in his truck to show me some of the jobs he'd done.
