Sierra Fence, Inc. was founded here in Austin by Richard Novigrod. Born and raised in Laredo, Texas, Richard moved to Austin in 1983 and fell in love with this beautiful city. Richard graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics. “I’m proud to be able to operate a business in Austin, TX, as it is a wonderful city to live and work.” Richard operates Sierra Fence with the help of his wife Cary, who is from El Paso, TX and is also a graduate of the University of Texas. Cary is a retired AISD teacher of 18 years.
