Do you require a deposit?
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all fence installations. A Project Manager will visit your property, take measurements, and discuss the best materials and design options for your needs.
How long does a typical fence installation take?
Most residential fence projects are completed within one to three days, depending on the size and materials. Larger or more customized projects may take longer, but we’ll always provide a clear timeline before work begins.
Do you handle permits or HOA approvals?
We can assist by providing the documentation your HOA or city may require. While homeowners typically submit applications directly, we’re happy to guide you through the process to make it as simple as possible.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All fence installations by Sierra Fence include a one-year workmanship warranty, plus any manufacturer warranties that apply to specific materials. We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind every fence we build.
Do you stain or seal wood fences?
We don’t provide staining or sealing directly, but we can refer you to trusted local partners who specialize in fence staining and maintenance.
Do neighbors usually share the cost of a fence?
In many cases, yes. Neighbors often agree to share the cost of a new fence that sits on a shared property line. We recommend discussing this with your neighbor before scheduling your project to ensure clear communication.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and ACH bank transfers. Please note that credit card payments may include a small processing fee.
Does the estimate include removal and haul-off of my existing fence?
Yes. Unless otherwise noted, our estimates include demolition and haul-off of your old fence. If you’d like to keep or handle the removal yourself, just let us know and we’ll adjust your quote accordingly.
Do you do fence repairs?
We don’t offer fence repair services outside of warranty work. Because we’re a small, family-run business focused on full installations, our crews stay scheduled on larger projects. However, we’re happy to refer you to trusted local contractors who handle smaller repairs.
